"I don't take on work I can't do well. Every project starts with a conversation — I'd rather tell you something isn't the right fit than take your money and underdeliver."

01 Websites & Landing Pages

Your digital home, done properly

For businesses that are ready to be taken seriously online

A website is often the first impression a potential client gets of you. If it's unclear, slow, or just doesn't feel right, they leave. I build sites that earn trust quickly — clear on what you do, who it's for, and what to do next.

This isn't a template dropped into a builder. Every site I make is designed around your brand, your audience, and the specific action you want people to take when they land on it.

I also make sure it's actually findable. SEO is built in from the start — not bolted on as an afterthought.

What's included

  • Discovery session to understand your brand, clients and goals
  • Custom design — no templates, no recycled layouts
  • Copywriting support or full copy if needed
  • SEO-optimised page structure, meta data and headings
  • Mobile-first, fully responsive across all devices
  • Fast load speeds (no bloated page builders)
  • Integrated with your CRM, booking tool or email platform
  • Contact forms, enquiry capture, and call-to-action flows
  • Basic analytics setup (Google Analytics or equivalent)
  • Full handover with documentation — you own it completely
How I build

I'm platform-agnostic — I pick the right tool for you, not the one I default to. Wix, Squarespace or WordPress for clients who want to manage their own content easily. Webflow or Framer for more design-forward builds with CMS flexibility. Custom HTML/CSS for maximum performance, full control, and zero platform dependency. Every option gives you a site you can actually own and maintain.

02 Automations & AI Tools

Stop doing things by hand

The work that eats your time can usually be automated

If you're manually following up with enquiries, copying data between systems, chasing invoices, or sending the same email for the hundredth time — that's not your job.

I build automations that connect the tools you already use and handle the repetitive stuff so you can focus on the work that actually requires you. For businesses that are ready to bring AI into the mix, I build custom assistants and integrations that go further — answering client questions, generating reports, routing information, and more.

I work across Zapier, Make, n8n, and direct API integrations depending on what fits your setup and budget.

  • Invoice chasing and payment notification flows

  • Documentation so you can maintain and extend it yourself

03 Custom Web Apps

Built for exactly what you need

When off-the-shelf tools are costing you more than they're saving

There's a point in most businesses where the generic tools stop fitting. You're paying for five subscriptions that half-overlap, working around limitations, and spending more time managing your software than doing your work.

I build custom tools designed around exactly how your business runs — not how a product team somewhere thinks it should run. Client portals, quoting systems, job management platforms, internal dashboards, booking tools. If you can describe what it needs to do, I can build it.

These are serious projects with proper scoping, fixed timelines, and clear deliverables. I won't quote until I fully understand what you need.

  • Third-party API integrations (accounting, CRM, payments etc.)

The Digital Health Check

Before spending money on anything, it helps to know exactly what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities are. That's what the Digital Health Check is for.

I look at your current website, tools, and workflows — then give you a clear written report covering what to fix, what to automate, and what to build. No jargon, no upsell pressure. Just an honest picture of where you are and what would actually move the needle.

It's also the best starting point if you're considering a bigger project — it means we scope the right thing, not just the first thing that comes to mind.

What I look at

  • Your website — first impressions, clarity, speed and conversion
  • Your current tools and whether they're earning their cost
  • Where time is being lost to manual processes
  • Enquiry and onboarding flow — where leads drop off
  • Quick wins vs longer-term opportunities
  • A prioritised action plan you can act on immediately

The Full Foundation Package

For businesses that need everything in place at once — website, automations and a system that actually runs.

Everything you need to launch properly

Doing these separately costs more and takes longer. The Foundation Package bundles them together at a fixed price with a clear timeline — you go from scattered to sorted in one project.

Ideal for businesses that are just getting started, recently rebranded, or have been patching things together and are ready to do it properly.

Questions

Things people usually ask

Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting in touch?

Not at all. Most people come to me with a problem they want solved, not a technical spec. Half the value of the first conversation is figuring out together what the right solution actually looks like. Get in touch with whatever you've got.

How does payment work?

Projects are typically split: 50% to start, 50% on completion. For larger builds I may suggest milestone payments instead. Retainers are invoiced monthly. I'll always be clear on this before anything gets agreed.

What if I need something that doesn't fit neatly into one of these services?

Most real projects are a mix of things — a website that also needs automations, or an app that also needs a landing page to launch it. I scope each project individually and quote accordingly, so nothing gets shoehorned into the wrong category.

What tools and platforms do you work with?

For automations: Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, and direct API work. For AI: OpenAI API, Claude API, and various chatbot platforms. For websites: I build in clean HTML/CSS for most sites, and Webflow or similar for clients who want to manage content themselves. For custom apps: scoped per project depending on requirements.

Will I be able to manage things myself after the project?

Yes — that's a priority. I document everything properly and build with handover in mind from the start. You shouldn't be dependent on me to make basic changes. If you want ongoing support anyway, that's what the retainer is for.

How quickly can you turn things around?

It depends on current availability and project scope. A landing page can often be done in a week or two. A full website in two to three weeks (the 14-Day Glow-Up is a fixed-timeline package). Automations vary. Custom builds are scoped with timelines from the start. If you have a deadline, tell me early.
